01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

03 Client Engagement Terms
These general Terms apply to all client project engagements. Specific project scopes, timelines, technical specifications, milestones, and deliverables for each client engagement are defined in individual Service Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), or binding project Quotations.
In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and an executed client-specific NDA, SOW, or Quotation, the terms of the individual client agreement shall take precedence regarding that specific project. These general Terms do not replace or override any existing client agreements.
04 Payment Terms
Project fees, billing structures, and payment milestones are agreed upon prior to project initiation and stated in official client invoices or quotations:
- Advance Deposit: Projects typically require an upfront advance deposit of [X% advance] prior to kickoff, as specified in your individual project quotation.
- Milestone & Balance Payments: Remaining payments are tied to agreed project milestones (e.g. design approval, staging demo, final deployment).

05 Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment for a contracted project, all rights, titles, and ownership of custom code, website designs, graphics, and custom software modules built specifically for the client transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Portfolio Rights: Unless a client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project delivery, Blue Log retains the right to display completed websites, app screenshots, and project case studies in its public portfolio, website, and promotional materials.
06 Training Courses & Internship Terms
Terms specific to students enrolling in our tech training courses and candidates joining our internship programme:
- Course Enrollment: Course fees, schedules, and curriculum details are communicated upon registration. Course fees must be paid according to the installment plan provided at enrollment.
- Paid Internships: Internships are paid positions with stipend amounts, working hours, track specifications, and duration defined in the official internship offer letter.
- Certificates: Verified completion certificates are awarded only upon successful fulfillment of attendance, project submission, and performance requirements.
- No Placement Guarantee: While Blue Log provides active resume reviews, career guidance, and referrals to hiring partners, completion of a course or internship does not guarantee job placement or employment with Blue Log or external companies.
07 Website Use Terms
You agree to use bluelogtechnologies.com strictly for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website servers, databases, or network infrastructure.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or data extraction scripts to collect site content, source code, or media without explicit written authorization.
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious data through contact or application forms.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Log, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business disruption, or loss of data) arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary business information, source code, technical documentation, trade secrets, and financial details shared during the scope of any project engagement or consultation.
10 Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement or course/internship enrollment under conditions defined in the relevant agreement or offer letter:
- Project Engagements: May be terminated by providing written notice of [X days notice]. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of notice.
- Internships & Courses: Blue Log reserves the right to terminate an internship or course enrollment in cases of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or failure to meet required project benchmarks.
11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings, disputes, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
12 Changes to Terms
